FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

All orders shipped out and are expected to be delivered within 1-4 days, once it leaves the factory. All orders would be trackable. Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

In-stock items are dispatched the following business day, while pre-ordered items are shipped within 1-2 weeks due to the production process involved in fulfilling your order.

 If you're buying from outside the UK, your order might have extra fees like customs and import duties. We can't predict the exact cost because it depends on your country's rules. For an estimate, email us, and we'll give you an idea of what you might need to pay when your order is delivered.

EXCHANGE / RETURN

If the size you received doesn't fit, we're here to assist with returns and exchange for the right size to ensure your comfort in ITELE Shoes. For half sizes, please consider going up a size. Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your shoes. Exchanges/returns are available once per order for unworn and brand-new items.

We suggest testing your shoes on a carpet to ensure a proper fit before wearing them outdoors or on rough surfaces. All returned items must be in perfect condition and include their original packaging.

Custom orders are not eligible for return.
